We take wholesale enquiries from businesses such as resorts, hotels and holiday parks; camping, outdoor and garden retailers; cafes, venues and event hire; and online resellers. Our Wholesale page explains how to ask for a quote.

Some factories make custom designs, but we do not. We sell the products listed on this site in the colours shown. We do not offer custom prints, private label or branding.

Read the materials and specifications on the product page. We only state what the listing publishes, for example that our Hammock Rain Fly is listed as waterproof. We do not claim any hammock is UV-proof or rot-proof, so bring fabric in when it is not in use.

We do not offer retailer training or merchandising support. Wholesale buyers get the same product details we publish on this site, and you can email us with questions about any product.

Hammocks are made in many countries. We do not publish the country of origin for every product, so if it matters to you, email us before you order and we will tell you what we know.

We answer questions by email before and after you buy. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we put it right. We do not offer installation or setup visits, and we cannot promise spare parts for every product, but ask us and we will check.

We do not take custom orders. Everything we sell is a standard stock item. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, then take up to 7 working days to arrive by tracked courier.

Our range uses cotton, polyester, polycotton and 210T parachute nylon fabrics, with alloy steel frames on the stands and hardwood spreader bars on the Flat Hammock. Each product page lists its own materials.

Small businesses can buy from our range at wholesale. Tell us the products and quantities and we will send a quote. We do not offer custom designs or private label, and payment is by card through Stripe or with PayPal.

Email us with your order number and a photo. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we put it right at no cost to you, with a repair, replacement or refund. This sits alongside your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We do not offer private label, custom packaging, embroidery or logo printing. We sell our products as listed on this site.

A manufacturer makes the product. A retailer like us sells it to you. We are an online store: we choose the range, publish the details, take your order and deal with any problem after delivery.

Size matters most. A wider hammock lets you lie at a slight angle, which many people find flatter. Spreader bars hold the bed open. A pillow helps too. Our product pages give the size of each hammock where the listing publishes it.

Some suppliers hold certifications, but our product listings do not state any, so we do not claim them. If you need a certificate for a business order, ask us before ordering and we will tell you what is available.

We do not make eco or sustainability claims about our products. Each product page lists the materials it is made from, so you can judge for yourself.

For a wholesale order, the lead time depends on the quantity and what is in stock. Email us and we will give you a date with the quote. Once packed, delivery within the UK takes up to 7 working days by tracked courier.

Our listings do not publish test results or standards, so we do not claim any. Where a listing gives a weight rating, we show it as that product's listed rating. Always stay within it.
