We do not publish sales rankings. Our range is small: a cotton Sleeping Hammock, a Flat Hammock with spreader bars, a Swing Hammock chair, a freestanding Hammock Chair, hammock and stand sets, camping hammocks and a few accessories. Pick by where you will hang it and how many people will use it.

We do not sell gift cards. You can order a product and have it delivered to the person's address in the UK.

A hammock is for lying down and needs a long space or a stand. A hammock chair is for sitting up and takes much less room. We sell online only, so measure your space, compare the sizes on the product pages, and email us if you are unsure.

That depends on the hammock. Camping hammocks hang from tree straps. Spreader bar hammocks need strong fixing points or a stand. Our hammock and stand sets come with their own frame. Each product page explains how that item hangs.

Yes. Orders ship by tracked courier, and you can follow yours on our Track Your Parcel page or by emailing us with your order number.

Our camping hammocks are made from parachute nylon, which dries faster than cotton. Our Hammock Rain Fly is listed as waterproof and goes over a hammock. Our cotton Sleeping Hammock should come inside when it rains.

We sell the Hammock for Camping in 210T parachute fabric, in single and double sizes with straps and carabiners, and the Hammock with Insect Net, which comes with a net, a rain fly and a ridgeline. The Hammock Insect Net and Hammock Rain Fly are also sold on their own.

Yes. You can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, and our own policy also accepts returns within 15 days of purchase. You pay the return postage for a change of mind. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies and we put it right. Email us before sending anything back.
